Abstract This essay studies the relationship between e-voting and e-democracy. The comparative approach provides a complete overview of the tests developed in various countries that are trying to improve the quality of their democracy by using technological instruments. The last part of this contribution focuses on the differences between direct democracy and social democracy, pointing out the limits of the evoting strategies previously examined. |
