Abstract The essay analyzes the interpretation of the art. 68 of the French Constitution that disciplines the most important penal immunity of the French Republic’s President. From 1999 this interpretation has been completely moved beginning from two sentences emanated from the “Conseil constitutionnel” and the “Cour de Cassation”. |
