Abstract The article describes the debate on constitutional transformations in Colombia. Particularly, it underlines the influence of the continual constitutional reforms of the 1991 text on the theory of transformations. Therefore constitutional reforms caused many times some real “substitutions” of the constitutional contents, damaging to the normative power of the text and its capability to restrain political power. |
