Abstract The article analyzes the effects produced using the category “constitutional change” for the comprehension of the constitutionalism in the African States by a linguistic perspective. The used language, has inside some linguistic and cognitive spaces conditioning the analysis of the “constitutional phenomenon” and his “characteristics”. So, the African constitutionalism and the constitutional change, appear as somes predicates of a linguistic entity that influences the juridical comparison and it imposes to revisit some breakcages epistemologics of the western juridical tradition language. |
