Abstract

In the article are listed the linguistic and terminological choices the jurists made for recognizing and describing informal constitutional transformations. These choices enabled the definition of the boundaries of those constitutional events and the distinction their own required constituents from their contingent elements. This selective language process encouraged the communication among the jurists and the mutual understanding of the problems caused by informal constitutional transformation cases.
