Abstract Electronic commerce is revolutionising the way in which we do business, and drives a reinvention of the very concepts of companies and marketplaces. It brings to the consumer goods and services unreachable without information society technologies. The value of e-commerce, business-to-business as well as business-to-consumers, is growing rapidly. |
