Abstract The article examines aspects of the protection of human rights in Switzerland following the recent Constitutional reform which introduced the model previously established by the federal Tribunal through its case law. The study focuses on the constitutional right to subsistence and, in particular, on the relationship between this right and a virtual right to health care. |
